The application process requires providing the following documents:
ID
Income information for each household member
Proof of address for each household member
Please have these documents ready BEFORE you begin the application.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AFTER YOU APPLY
if you apply online, you will receive an email if you are approved or declined. if approved, your shopping time slot will be in the email. if declined, the reason will be given to you, and if you believe there is a mistake, we are happy to talk to you and make corrections if needed.
When you apply in person at one of our application events, a volunteer will give you a time slot to shop or explain why if you are declined.
WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR SHOPPING DAY APPOINTMENT
Only one adult from each eligible household is able to shop during your scheduled time of store week.
If your one-shopping adult requires assistance, please let us know in advance
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS COMING?
Children are not allowed in the store, regardless of age.
Childcare is not provided.
If you bring a child/children, you may be unable to shop.
